OVER-PRICED AND UNDER-SATISFYING MEALS

Have you ever noticed how Jesus seemed to constantly fill hungry stomachs with food?

After He raised a little girl from the dead, He told them to give her something to eat.

After He raised Himself from the dead, He asked His disciples if they had any food, but had prepared for them some of His own fish and bread on the beach.

Before He went to the cross, He urged HIs followers to remember Him through a feast (the Lord's Supper).

When 5,000 hungry men were following Him, He filled them to overflowing with only a few loaves of bread and some measly fishes.

For crying out loud, Jesus calls Himself "The Bread of Life."

Therefore, when He declares that those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6) will be filled, you can guarantee He will make good on His promise.

If you're feeling empty and your soul is hungry, refuse to scarf on the meals the world's system offers. These meals are pricey (they'll cost you your soul) and not filling. Why feast on these snacks which are over-priced and under-satisfying, when walking with Jesus will satisfy your cravings, fulfill your deepest longings, and cause you to never hunger again?

Walk with Jesus today, and your deepest longings will be satisfied, guaranteed.
There is a God shaped vacuum in the heart of every man which cannot be filled by any created thing, but only by God, the Creator, made known through Jesus.
- Blaise Pascal
